At K-Beauty Wholesale, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately and on time.

Order Processing Time: Once payment is confirmed, we process and ship your order within 2-3 business days from our UAE warehouse.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight and volume of your order, as well as the delivery destination. Exact shipping charges will be provided during checkout.
Delivery Areas: We currently ship to retailers within the UAE and GCC countries.
Tracking: After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment’s progress.
Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.
Shipping Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays due to customs or logistics may occur. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following guidelines regarding returns:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 3 calendar days.
Return Process: Contact our team at orders@kbeauty-wholesale.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will guide you through the return or replacement process.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
Refunds & Replacements: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or send a replacement based on your preference. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.
Exchanges: Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new order placement.
