Your Account
How do I create a K-Beauty Wholesale account?
To get started, click the REGISTER button and complete our registration form.
Please make sure to include a valid website or social media business account link. If you don’t have a website, reach out to us at hello@kbeauty-wholesale.com before submitting your application.
When registering, you’ll need to provide the following:
• Email address
• Full name
• Mobile number
• Company name
• Company address
You must also agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Be sure all information is accurate, as this will help us verify your account quickly.
Once your application is approved, you’ll be able to log in and access our wholesale e- commerce platform.
What should I do if I forget the email or password I registered with?
If you forget the email address linked to your account, go to the Sign In page, select Find Email Address, enter the required information, and click Find. Your registered email will appear on the Email Verification page.
If you forget your password, go to the Sign In page, select Find Password, and enter your registered email on the Reset Password page. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password, after which you can sign in again.
How do I update my account information?
After logging in, go to MY Page and select My Account. From there, you can update your basic details, company information, and password. All changes will be applied immediately.

Do I need an account to view or buy products?
Yes. You must have a K-Beauty Wholesale account to browse our product range and place orders. Registration is free and can be completed online in just a few minutes.
How can I find specific products or brands?
You’ll need to have an active K-Beauty Wholesale account to access our online shop. Once logged in, you can search by product type, category, brand name, or product name using our search bar.
Orders & Payments
How can I place an order?
To place an order, you first need to register so we can verify your business.
Click the Register button and complete the form, including a valid website or social media business link. If you don’t have a website yet, please contact us before registering.
Once your registration is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After that, simply sign in to our wholesale e-commerce platform to browse products and prices, place your order, make payments, and track your shipments—all in one place.
What does MOA and MOQ refer to?
MOA (Minimum Order Amount) is the minimum total value you must spend when placing an order.
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) refers to the smallest number of units you need to order per product.
What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment using Bank Transfer and all major credit and debit cards.
How can I View my current and past order details?
To view your order history and details, log in and go to My Account > Order History.
Your order records are saved for up to 3 years for your convenience.

What Shipping Methods are available?
We have a self-pick up and delivery option. Delivery is done using the following shippers: UPS and DHL
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship within UAE and the rest of the GCC Countries (KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar)
Does K-Beauty Wholesale handle customs clearance?
At this time, K-Beauty Wholesale does not manage customs clearance. Please ensure you are familiar with your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order, as well as the delivery destination.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped from K-Beauty Wholesale’s
warehouse within 2-3 business days.
